YG252D Automatic Melting Point Monitor

The monitoring software runs on the operating system of Windows XP and the display property of computer display is set to 1280 *1024 resolution, 32 bits true color and 120 DPI font. If the test report needs to be converted to Excel format, please install the version of Office 2000 or more.

The melting point meter can automatically monitor the melting point of chemical fibers, chemical core-wrapped fibers, polyester chips, chemical powders and other samples whose melting temperature is below 350 degrees.

The melting process of the monitored sample is clearly and completely displayed in front of the operator through industrial digital camera and computer display screen. After receiving the monitoring instructions, the instrument rapidly warms the sample to the designated "starting temperature", and then continues to warm the monitored sample slowly according to the "heating rate" chosen by the operator. At the same time, the instrument also intercepts and temporarily stores a large number of pictures from the video of sample heating process in the background according to the "screenshot interval" selected by the operator, so that the operator can read, compare and finally confirm the melting point of the sample after the instrument completes the automatic monitoring of melting point.
