Uses and characteristics:
Computer-based mirror inspector is used to inspect the size, shape, blockage, cleanliness and scratches of various types of spinneret guide holes and microholes in chemical fibre factories. The instrument uses a high-resolution CCD camera. The computer and display make the image of the orifice plate displayed on the computer screen very clear. The instrument is equipped with infrared ray. Tracking device and jet nozzle, the instrument can also accurately measure the size of spinneret aperture. This instrument is simple and convenient to operate, and greatly improves the quality of spinning and production efficiency in the production process.
