1. Product use:
This instrument is controlled by Lenovo computer and is used to measure the dry heat shrinkage properties of high-strength yarns (aramid fibers, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filaments) in the chemical fiber industry. The tester implements the GB/T 6505-2017 Standard: D4974.D5591 EN13844 standard. Dry heat shrinkage testing can be performed on chemical UHMWPE filaments.
The instrument consists of a host, a heating control system, a sample test frame, a computer, a CCD intelligent visual length measuring system, and a printer. In the test process, the computer win10 operating system is used to realize automatic timing. Intelligent visual image technology tracking, automatic measurement of dry heat shrinkage length and automatic zero-calibration function, real-time recording of the shrinkage length of high-strength wire under high temperature, and real-time recording of collected data, so as to Ensure the accuracy and stability of data acquisition at high temperatures.
