YG369D Automatic Single Fiber Heat Shrinkage Tester
Product uses:
The instrument is controlled by associative computer and is used to measure the crimp shrinkage and dry heat shrinkage of single fiber (polyester, nylon and polypropylene).
The instrument consists of a main engine, an oven, a test stand, a computer and a printer. The instrument abolishes the original structure of separating oven from main engine and manual repetitive operation. It adopts high-precision ball screw, imported precision sensor, and equipped with automatic manipulator from top to bottom to realize all automation. In the process of testing, it realizes automatic timing and automatic measurement through computer Windows XP operating system. Length and automatic zero-setting function. Test results are automatically computed and printed. Chinese interface, man-machine dialogue, easy to operate. The software has the function of fault self-judgment and Chinese prompt.
